He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement William and Ruth Carolyn Bock (Duffy); his siblings, Evan and Carolyn; and his brother-in-law James Dunaway.
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughters, Sarah Underwood (Kevin) of Nashville, TN and Joanna Pace (Matt) of Huber Heights; his grandchildren, Emma Nelson (Luke), Seddon Underwood, Shepard Underwood, Stockton Underwood and Eliza Underwood; and his siblings, Michael Bock and Marilyn Woolums (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
