He is survived by: his children, Taylor Wright (Seth), Ryan Hendrickson and Madison Hendrickson; his sister Jennifer Phelps; his grandson Jonah Northup; the mother of his children Heidi Hendrickson; his nephews, Christopher Phelps (Emily), Kyle Phelps (Emily) and Kody Phelps; and his great-nephews, Jordan and Kade Phelps.
