He is survived by: his parent Violet Gilbert (Gereau); his wife Kathryn Gilbert (Ondrusek); his children, Patrick Gilbert (Angela Cupp), Grayson Gilbert and Annette Rizer (Gilbert); his grandchildren, Kirsten Rizer, Taylor Cupp, Lt Kellie Rizer, Ryan Gilbert and Christopher Rizer; his great grandchild Evangeline Wehde; and his siblings, Patricia Collier, Lindy Gilbert, Paul Gilbert and Gary Gilbert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
