He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Adamson and Dorothy Adamson; his brothers, Jackie Earl Adamson and Jerry Lee Adamson; and his granddaughter Brandi Howard.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Adamson; his children, Connie Adamson-Edgar, Ronnie Adamson (Lisa), Donnie Adamson and Cindy Adamson-Brumit; his grandchildren, Camie Brannon (Todd), Jamie Adamson, Megan Gstattenbauer (Gregory), Sarah Brumit, Matthew Adamson (Sara) and Brian Adamson; and his great grandchildren, Payge, Aiden, Keller, Elaina, Parker, Nolan, Calvin, Kiera, Andrew, Gabe, Lillian, Jett and Brison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either the American Cancer Society or Maple Heights Baptist Church.
