It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ahlstrom (Fairborn, Ohio), born in McCloud, California, who passed away on February 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Ahlstrom to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Fred Ahlstrom and Frank Ahlstrom. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his children, Kirsten Ahlstrom, Helena Jole (Doug), Peter Fred Ahlstrom (Karen), Elizabeth "Betsey" Ahlstrom and Barbara Mills (Kyle); and his nephews, Mark Ahlstrom, Doug Ahlstrom and Mike Ahlstrom. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Community Blood Center, 349 S. Main St., Dayton, OH 45402.
