He was predeceased by: his brother Alger Phillips; and his son Brent D. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Anita M. Phillips; his son-in-law Tony Chaffin; his daughter Natalie Reeser (Kerry); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Conaboy (Graham) and Logan Mills. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
