He is survived by: his significant other Joy Bazill of Fairborn; his children, Todd Burkett (Terri), Cheryl Bigony (Darrin) of Tipp City and Kevin Burkett (Amy); his stepchildren, Bonnie Davis (Steve) of Vandalia, Jill Nico (Pete) and Mark Bazill (Amy); his grandchildren, Ethan Bigony, Maxon Burkett, Madison Burkett, Miana Burkett, Hudson Burkett, Matthew Wiesner, Moriah Chapman (Wiesner) and Micah Wiesner; and his siblings, David Burkett (Carla) and Darlene Shearer (Ronald) of Englewood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
