She is survived by: her son Rick Smith (Liberty Combs) of Fairborn; her grandchildren, Ethan, Alana, Ariana and Ricki Smith; her children, Penny Penman and Josh; her great grandchild Layla; her siblings, Ruth Fisher, Sue Penman, Sandra Simmons and Robert Morris Penman; and her cousin Jim Middleton.
