He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Sr.; his son Scott; and his brothers, Vernon, Sherman, Robert, Everett and Harold.
He is survived by: his parent Ethel Fields (Adams); his son Jeffrey Fields (Jessica); his significant other Jane Finkey; and his siblings, Loretta Adams, Johnny, Freddy and Leonard. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
