He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Howard (Whitt); his brother Talamage Howard; and his brother-in-law O'Dell Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Jason Lawler and Jennifer Massengale (Chad); his wife Pamela; his siblings, LeRoy Howard (Drema), JoAnn Rowe, Barry Howard (Linda) and Gaye Howard; his son John Howard (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler, Mason, Phillip, Sean, Braylee, Marley, Savannah, Ryan, Sydney, Reece, Sailor, Charlotte and Blake; and his great grandchild Aurora.
