He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fultz and Beulah Francis Fannin; and his sisters, Pat Saurez and Glenda Rollins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fraley Fultz; his children, Terry [Candee] Fultz of Summerville, Tamara Shaw of Xenia and Tracey [Floyd] Smith of Fairborn; his grandchildren, Amber, Dustin, Marcus, Chelsea, Joshua and Alecia; and his siblings, Pauline Rose, Paul Fannin, Ray Fultz and Clinton Fultz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
