He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Christian Gage (Alina), Holly Davis (Robert), Nicholas Gage (Amanda), Amanda Owens and Christopher Owens; his grandchildren, Kameron Workman, Austin Workman, Landenn Gage, Adyson Gage, Kaedon Dyer, Arianna Mullins, Avah Gage and Evelyn Gage; and his siblings, Vince Gage and Jennifer Frederick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
