He is survived by: his children, Joshua Carter (Kim) of Fairborn and Wendy Carter of Fairborn; his brothers, Richard Carter (Shawna) of Graham and Troy Carter (Drema) of Fairborn; his grandchildren, Lucas of Fairborn, Abel of Fairborn, Remington of Fairborn, Leila of Fairborn and Lili of Fairborn; and his close friend Alice Carter. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
