He is survived by: his brother Mike Smith (Cherie) of Dave Smith; his daughter Danielle Wampler of Karen Blair; his grandchildren, Jaeda, Avonlea, Xanther, Benjamin, Silas and Max; his niece Jennifer Smith; and his nephew Aaron Smith of Jason Smith.
