He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Neff and Toletha Neff (Schultz); and his wife Marianna Neff. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Jr. Neff (Jessica), Michael Sr. Neff (Chrissy) and Thomas Wager; his grandchildren, Dominique, Natalie, Quinten, Madison, Michael Jr., Ben, Erin, Fawna and Fen; and his sister Judy Cline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family, and friends.
