He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mullins and Hattie Mullins; his wife Wilma Mullins; and his siblings, Julius Mullins, Bulius Mullins, Fonetta Hilterbran, Aaron Mullins (Jim), Marcella Hilterbran and Richard Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Don Mullins (JoAnn), Shirley Bacon, Ron Mullins (Trish), Teressa Morse and Tammy Sickinger (Robert). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
