It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Burkett (Fairborn, Ohio), who passed away on December 2, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Burkett and Olie Burkett (Hilbun). He is survived by: his significant other Joy Bazill of Fairborn; his children, Todd Burkett (Terri), Cheryl Bigony (Darrin) of Tipp City and Kevin Burkett (Amy); his stepchildren, Bonnie Davis (Steve) of Vandalia, Jill Nico (Pete) and Mark Bazill (Amy); his grandchildren, Ethan Bigony, Maxon Burkett, Madison Burkett, Miana Burkett, Hudson Burkett, Matthew Wiesner, Moriah Chapman (Wiesner) and Micah Wiesner; and his siblings, David Burkett (Carla) and Darlene Shearer (Ronald) of Englewood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
