He was predeceased by: his mother Lora M. Salmons (Webb); his sister Robin Salmons; his niece Logann Davis; his brother-in-law Brian Graham; and his nephew Steven Lemke.

He is survived by: his father Michael S. Salmons; his children, Keoni, Brooklynn, Zoe and Brianna; his siblings, Michael Salmons (Kim) of Xenia, Lora Lemke (Doug) of Beavercreek, Tom Salmons (Amy) of Xenia, Mark Salmons (Toni) of Peebles, Paul David Salmons of Farmersville, Charity Estle (Johnny) of Beavercreek, Jim Salmons of Xenia, Christian Graham of Xenia, Constant Vellia (Howie) of Beavercreek, Rachel Graham (Jay) of Cedarville, Jonathon Salmons of Xenia and Leah Mayer (Christian) of Beavercreek; and his close friend Krista Cobb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
