It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eloise Yates (Fairborn, Ohio), born in Bath, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Earl M. Whitt; her sons, Jerry Duwayne Yates and Wendell Keith Yates; and her brothers, Richard Whitt and Larry Whitt.
She is survived by: her parent Alma Whitt (Riddle); her husband Jerry D. Yates; her daughter Leah L. Yates; her sister-in-law Sharon Whitt; her nephew Nicolas Whitt (Erin); and her great-niece Teagan of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by many other friends and loved ones. "Lee" enjoyed a fulfilling life being a wonderful wife and mother.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
