As Elaine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elaine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Jacobson and Ella Hoirup Jacobson; and her husband Harold F. Thacker. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Slepicka of Fairborn and Nichole Thomas of Dayton; her brother Norman Jacobson of Missoula; her brother-in-law Ronald Hulme of Kalispell, Montana; her close friend Rita White (Montana) of Kalispell; and also, Erica Oller, Isaiah Slepicka and Trent Thomas (Desiray). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
