He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Gustafson and Monique Gustafson (Lacy); his sister Meghan Gustafson; his grandparents, Lawrence Lacy, Pamela Lacy, Robert Gustafson and Julie Gustafson; his great-grandparent Thomas Bruggeman; his aunt Kristin Gustafson; and his uncle Erik Gustafson (Erica).
