She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hatley and Mae Hatley (Moore); her husband Colonel Ernest (Ret); and her brothers, Warren G. Hatley and Orland "Red" Hatley.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Smith and Frank Moore (Lori); her grandchildren, Calla, Holly, Kira and Lia; and her brother Charles C. Hatley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
