She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cantrell and Roxie Cantrell (Hamilton); her husband Floyd; her grandsons, Ben Howard, Andrew Howard and Matthew Howard; and her siblings, Darlie Cantrell, Paul Cantrell, Ted Cantrell, Danny Cantrell and Bill Cantrell.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Howard (Jennifer), John Howard, Phillip Howard (Mel), Terry Spivey (Rick) and Timothy Howard (Cathy); her brother Doc Cantrell (Lavergne); and her half-sisters, Dee and Joyce. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren.
