He is survived by: his children, Lizabeth "Libbee" Dilley (Mark), Randolph "Randy" Snouffer (Valorey), Timothy "Tim" Snouffer and Paula "Polly" Mercer (Joe); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Adam Williams, Jessica Walters, Andrew Snouffer, Jacob Mercer and Kaitlyn Snouffer. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends.
