He was predeceased by: his parents, MSgt Richard Webb (U. S. Army) and Esther Jane Martin (Gibbons); and his wife Cindy Croy. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Cheryl (Joe Irpino); his nephew Nicholas Irpino; his cousins, Linda Whetstone of Thornville and Sally Stewart; his friends, Mensa and Intertel; and also Lynn McClain of Worthington.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Giovanni's (215 W Main St, Fairborn, OH 45324).
