She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Carruthers and Dolores Carruthers (Starkey); and her husband David H. Billetter. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Shrader and Jeremy Billetter (Nicole); her grandchildren, Lauren Shrader, Alicia Shrader, Dakota Chafin, MacKenzie Chafin, Lily Billetter and Jackson Billetter; her brother Ed Carruthers (Heather); and her close friends, Charlotte and Gene Salyers. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
