He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lower and Elizabeth Lower (Crabbe); and his brother Mark Lower. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lower; his children, Jeff Lower (Catherine) of West Chester, OH and Julie Brewer; and his grandchildren, Melissa Schmidt, James Lower, Robert Williams and Alex Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Enon United Methodist Church -or- American Cancer Society.
