Gilliam (Belinda), Stephen Penny and Lisa Gilliam; his grandchildren, Tyler Denny, Hannah Fugate, Mason Gilliam, Myles Gilliam, Phoenix Penny and Maverick Gilliam; his sister Lois Gilliam; his niece Tonya Smith; his nephew Jake Gilliam; his niece Heather Gilliam; his friend Moe Yerian; and also Emylee.
A reception will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Belton Stroup Funeral Home (422 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324).
