He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Dane F. Justice, Sr. and Bernice Stubbs (Cappy); his brother William Allen Justice; his stepmothers, Helen E. Justice and Mildred Justice; and his children, Laura E. Justice and Glenn Allen Justice.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Justice; his son Dane F. Justice III; his stepsons, Jeffery Hall and Robert E. Hall of Fairborn, Ohio; and his sisters, Lee Ann Pelea and Jo Ann Baker. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
