He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Myrtle Smith (Thornsbury). He is survived by: his siblings, Jewell Salyers, Cecil, Paul and Joe Smith; his wife Ruth; his sons, Anthony Smith (Cindy) of Fairborn and Danny Smith (Angie) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Matthew, Brittney, Ashley, Brandon, Rodney, Amanda and Cassie; and his siblings, Pauline Stapleton of Sandy Hook, KY, Suzanne Hoover (Rick) of Kettering, Judy Keeton (Ronnie) of Fairborn, David Smith (Jean) of Pennsylvania and Mike Smith (Beth) of Sandy Hook, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
