She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Nancy Henry (Easterling); her husband George; and her siblings, Denzil Glenn Henry, Norma Jean Williams, Talmadge Edward "Sonny" Henry, Deraldine "Dearl" Dykes and James Richard "Jim" Henry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Laquada Elam, Phyllis Lewis and Madelyn "Tootsie"; her grandsons, Jay Blackburn (Kate Baber) of Seattle and Jeffrey Blackburn (Jackie) of Fairborn; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Alexa, Alivia and Kai.
