He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Neatherton and Mildred E. Neatherton (Toms); his sister Mary Ann Neatherton; his brothers-in-law, Michael Bromagem and John Baker; his nephews, David Bromagem and Richard Bromagem; and his grandparents, David Toms and Grace R. Toms.
He is survived by: his sister Susan Baker of Huber Heights; and his nephew Kris Bromagem. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
