He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Mayhew and Bertha Mayhew (Ogg); and his brother-in-law Charles "Fred" Scott. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Clodfelter, Julie Mayhew and Melissa Bille (Matthew); his grandchildren, Mason Bille and Miranda Bille; and his sister Marla Scott.
