Mifflin II, Jeffrey Mifflin (Brenda), James W. Mifflin (Jennifer) and Cheryl A. Zemba; and his grandchildren, David, Jennifer, Alex, Nick, Rachel, Zachary and Benjamin. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
