He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Caskey and Hannah Caskey (Adkins); his wife Eileen A. Caskey; his granddaughter Laura Mae Jolly; and his siblings, Brenda, Kathleen and Buford.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Jolly (James) of Fairborn, Terry Caskey of Fairborn, Charles C. Caskey, Jr. (Marcella) of Fairborn and Tim Caskey (Gena) of Hillsdale, Indiana. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 6 great –great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Victory Church or Honor Flight Dayton.
