She is survived by: her sister Charlene Ratliff; her grandchildren, Zac Mercer and Brianna Mercer; her great grandchild Stacia Maynard; her daughter Melissa Plemmons; her brothers, Rommie Ratliff and Junior Ratliff; and her niece Vanessa Kozlowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family and friends.
