He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Hafer (Ghee); and his parents, Earl Hafer and Kathleen Hafer (Patterson). He is survived by: his children, Charles Hafer (Rosalind), Joseph Hafer (Kathy) and Elva Christine Rowe (Roy); and his siblings, Barbara Dunbar, Janice Salser, Richard and Paul Hafer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
