She was predeceased by: her parent John Lyons; her husband Gerald; and her siblings, Margaretta Human and Ted Lyons. She is survived by: her parent Hazel Lyons (Fryman); her daughters, Kim Caudill (Brian) of Fairborn and Jennifer Kurowski of Springfield; her grandchildren, Christopher Caudill (Stephanie), Elizabeth Caudill, Angela Kurowski and Nicholas LaPrairie; her great grandchildren, Jase Caudill and Emory Caudill; her sister Delores Sroufe (James) of Cindy Mills; and her sister-in-law Charlene Lyons. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
