It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn MacK of Fairborn, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Reese and Carrie Imogene McCloud (Adkins). She is survived by: her husband John Mack, Jr.; her children, John Mack III (Sarah) and Laura Heckman; her stepdaughter Peggy Johnson (Eric); her grandchildren, Annah Heckman, John Mack IV and Noah Heckman; and her sisters, Donna Karts (Bill) and Kay Plank (Derrick).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to Hospice of Dayton in thank you for their care of Sue.
