She was predeceased by: her parents, Flers Degan and Nettie Degan (Pope); her husband Robert Smith; her son Gregory Smith; and her brothers, James Degan and Bob Degan.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Gehres (Joe) of Peoria, Matthew Smith (Anita) of Keller and Paula Roberts (Phillip) of Springfield, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Nick Rice (Heidi) of Lynn Haven, Zack Rice (Megan) of Granite Falls, Caitlin Campbell (Spencer) of Columbus, Sherri Dirickson (Jeff) of Altus and Baron Tockey (Mary) of Altus, Oklahoma.; her great grandchildren, Caleigh, Tatum Rice of Granite Falls, Julia, Maggie Rice of Lynn Haven, Zoe, Miles Dirickson of Altus, Jaydon, Juniper, Jeremiah and Jetta Tockey of Altus, Oklahoma.; and her siblings, Mary Kastrul (Jerry) of Glendale and Paul Degan (Jackson) of Lawrence.
