It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Mullins (Fairborn, Ohio), born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on July 6, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Burdine Adams; her husband Loid; her daughter Tonya Tallent; and her siblings, Carlos "Tug" Adams and Betty L. Adams.
She is survived by: her parent Lexie Adams (Caudill); and her children, Michele Lewis (Terry), Denise Bridges (Chris) and Loid Aaron Mullins (Jamie). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
