He is survived by: his children, Trace Gayheart (Teri) and Dana Gayheart; his grandchild Madalynn of Kurt; and his siblings, Anna Mae Smith (Paul), Corinne Collins, Herma Bargo and Marla "Marty" Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
