He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann Penrod (Proulx); his children, Matthew Penrod (Sarah), Wesley Penrod (Mandi) and Emily Carver (Jeremy); and his grandchildren, Bailey, Abigale, Emma, Olivia, Will, Norah and Flynn. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
