He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Mullins; his wife Patsy; and his brothers, James and Richard. He is survived by: his parent Hattie Mullins (Little); his sons, Jeff Mullins of Corpus Christi, TX and Roger Mullins (Kim) of Fairborn; his grandchildren, Jennie (Al), Zachary (Jackie), Clayton, Katie, Melissa (Greg) and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Beaux, Baron, Zoe and Josephine; his siblings, Julius, Gene and Fonetta; and his friend Janet Altamirano. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
