She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Denton and Jessie Denton (Whaley); her husband Ronald Brown; her sister-in-law Evelyn Denton; and her grandson Steven Riley.

She is survived by: her children, David (Donna), Danny (Carrie), Doug (Janell), Denise (Mark Riley) and DeAnn Chrum; and her brothers, Tommy (Betty), Robert (Holly), Mike and Albert (Cynthia). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
