She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Porter and Irene Porter; her brother Harold Porter; her granddaughter Amber Lowrie; and her son-in-law Jerry Cox.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Cox, Karen Lowrie Wilson (Tony), Mike Lowrie (Angie) and Carl Lowrie; her grandchildren, Jeremy Cox (Cynthia), Jacob Cox (Cassandra), Zach Lowrie (Stacie), Micah Lowrie, Breanna Lowrie and Kalynn Lowrie; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Elleanor Cox, Aryel Lowrie, Walter Lowrie and Bentley Hicks; and her nieces, Hazel Fugate and Laura Hansen.
