She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Ely and Addie Pauline Ely (Musick); her husband Blaine C. Humbert; and her siblings, Robert Ely, Don Ely and Gladys Parks.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwight Humbert (Glenna) and Mark Humbert (Lisa); her grandchildren, Katherine, John, Aden, Pauline and Timothy; her great grandchild Noelle; and her siblings, Eugene Ely, Anne Slemp and Joyce Mullins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Betty.
