She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Watt and Helen V. Watt (Mayberry); her husband Joe W. Flatter, Sr.; her son Thomas Flatter; her brother George Henry Watt; and her half-sister Dora May Filing.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Davis (Farrell) of Fairborn, Joe W., Jr. Flatter (Angela) of Fairborn and Kathleen Baker (Glenn) of Enon; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Flatter of Fairborn; her grandchildren, Scott, Jimmy, Beth and Megan; her stepgrandchildren, Anna, Dakota, Byron, Deanna and Tammy; and her sister Edwina Sutton of Trotwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends.
