He was predeceased by: his father Bennie E. Adkins. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Barker Adkins; his wife Beverly June Adkins; his children, David Adkins (Lori) of Fairborn and Amy Anderson (Joshua Workman); his sisters, Patricia and Carolyn; and his grandsons, Dylan, Trevor and Ian. He is also survived by married July 2, 1965 in his parents.
