She is survived by: her husband Robert Leo Riggleman; her children, Rodney Leo Riggleman of Texas and Vicki Lynn Neely of California; her grandchildren, Dominique, Clayton, Tori, Savannah, Emma Grace, Oliver Ilam, Chase, Kyler and Kaylee; and her sister Bronda Mae Vandevender.
Masks and social distancing will be required for those attending the services for Mrs. Riggleman.
